InspectionXpert eliminates manual ballooning of inspection drawings and manual creation of inspection sheets for first article and in process inspections.

• Quickly balloon your CAD and PDF format drawings. InspectionXpert pulls information from over 50 formats including standard PDF and TIF file formats or comes fully integrated into common CAD software programs including SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SolidEdge, Pro/E and CATIA.
• Export dimensions from your CAD drawings to an inspection report form. Industry-standard formats such as AS9102 Forms 1, 2 and 3 and PPAP are supported along with user-customizable report formats.
• MeasurementXpert to collect results and highlight results on drawing. Enter your measured values directly inside your InspectionXpert project. As each measured value is entered, InspectionXpert compares the required value with the active value, highlighting the measured value as In Tolerance, Out of Tolerance or Marginally Within Tolerance.
• CMMXpert to import CMM results. CMMXpert enables users to import measurement results from their CMM routines and reconcile them with the expected values from the InspectionXpert project to create a complete inspection report.
